Zondag in Friesland
Buiten schijnt het zonnetje, de temperatuur liep op richting de 25 graden. In Friesland niet, hier zijn 4 woningen nieuw in de verkoop gekomen waarvan 3 met beelden van een besneeuwd land. Bijzonder toch?
Ah yes, well someone has to market to that little discussed niche group of buyers: the snow enthusiast that only cares about the cold exterior. Forget interiors when buying a house. Who cares about bathrooms? Kitchens? Bedrooms are for the weak.
Most people spend their housing dollar based solely on what the landscape looks like in snow. Shelter? Bah. Who needs it when buying a house?
